1. How to Enter: To enter, log on to www.flip4esperanza.com and post a video of your thoughts on the followings topics: What does Esperanza’s music mean to you? When and where did you first discover Esperanza’s music? Why is Esperanza the new face of jazz? Tell us about your feelings while listening to Chamber Music Society? Be as creative as you can be. Life Is A Lot Like Jazz, It’s Best When You Improvise so you will be judged on how creative your video is. There is no time limit and you can use any style camera to upload your video. You should adlib and provide us as much information on why you feel you should win this Flip Camera! Go for it, have fun and be creative. This link will walk you through the process of uploading a video to Vimeo if you have never done that before. All videos entries must be received by 12:00PM, Eastern Standard Time May 1, 2011. There is only one entry per person or household sharing the same email address.

There will be 4 winners and they will each receive:

2. Eligibility: Open to any individual worldwide that posts a video on the Vimeo created channel, flip4esperanza. Employees of Esperanza Spalding LLC, Montuno Producciones S.L., Montuno Productions America LLC, Cisco and each of their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, agents and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) are ineligible. Contest is open to residents of the domestic United States as well as all other countries. This is a global contest but this sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.

3. General Conditions: By participating in this promotion, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Contest. This Contest is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Grand Prize Winner will be notified via email, phone, or mail on or about March 15, 2011. The prizewinner(s) may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days following the date of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize and/or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Entrants further grant to the Sponsor the right to use and publish their proper name, videos, photos, and state or country of residence online, in print, and in any other media in connection with the Contest including but not limited to Esperanza’s web site, social media sites Cisco’s promotional sites for their video products. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Contest or any prize won.

4. Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Contest-related material; stolen, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail, or for any technical problems, malfunctions of any telephone lines, computer systems, servers, providers, hardware/software, lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or any combination thereof. The sponsor is not responsible for any damage to any participant's computer system/software related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor may take down any video containing any inappropriate content at any time. In the event of a dispute regarding any entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted and posted at the time of entry (i.e., the person who is assigned their name to the video being posted by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.) If, for any reason, the Contest cannot be conducted as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, cancellation by sponsor, force majeure, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the internet portion of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest or any drawing(s) and may conduct a drawing and select a winner from among all entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. Esperanza Spalding LLC, Montuno Producciones S.L. or Montuno Productions America LLC may suspend this promotion at any time.

The sponsor reserves all rights in awarding of prizes. Representatives from within these organizations will choose the winners based on creativity.
