Amanda Tosoff and her group show maturity well beyond their years. The Amanda Tosoff Quartet was formed in 2004. The four twenty-somethings met in college and have been performing together ever since. This group, with Evan Arntzen on sax/clarinet, Amanda Tosoff on piano, Sean Cronin on bass and Morgan Childs on drums, has been featured on CBC's "Hotair" and "Jazzbeat" programs. Most recently, the group was featured as the opening act for legends Bobby Hutcherson and Renee Rosnes at the Centre for performing arts in the Vancouver International Jazz festival.
